Delivering Great Care Starts With a Great Team
Since great autism care starts with great clinicians, we are always looking for great therapist team members and operation-minded individuals to join the team.
Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
Our Clinical Managers – BCBAs are passionate about impacting the lives of children and their families. They are dedicated clinicians who provide individualized behavioral and therapeutic early intervention services in the home, clinic, and community settings. BCBAs are committed to leading clinically excellent care teams and implementing the highest standards of care for every child.
Behavior Technicians (BTs)
Behavior Technicians (BTs) work under the supervision of BCBAs, and Speech and Occupational Therapists. They work in the home, clinic, and community settings to provide individualized play-based therapies that help children improve social interactions and communication, and improve their ability to take care of themselves.
Examples of behavior therapies include showing a child the steps needed to tie their shoelaces or wash their hands. Or, helping them better communicate. The goal is to increase helpful behaviors and decrease behaviors that are harmful or affect learning. We are here to help children become school ready and reach their full potential. There’s a lot that goes into autism care; we’ll be supporting you every step of the way!
